It was great. Stopped after a football game and everyone was so nice. Ben was a wonderful server! Excellent customer service and the food was very tasty.
We had our fantasy football draft 08/25. It was a great experience. The staff was incredible, the food was awesome, and the facility was top notch. We will definitely be booking our draft at Recovery next year. I would totally recommend.
Food is pretty good. Wait staff was awful. The first time I requested more bread and got it as I finished my meal. Order a refill when you order a drink as well or you may die of dehydration. The second time was even worse. To bad, the new look is nice and the food is better than it was before the remodel. I never eat there again.
I was up for a concert at the casino, but I don't gamble. If you're in the same position don't waste time at Turning Stone and just come here for a much better time after your show.
The 2nd part of this story is when I left the Casino across the road after being ignored by the bartenders there. I was staying at the Fairfield Inn (see my review for them) next door to Recovery and the hotel shuttle dropped me off so I could get a few drinks. The bartender was super nice made a great drink and it was about $2 cheaper than the casino bars.
Hi my name is mya and I had a waitress named Sarah, I thought she was a little rude and made some uncalled for comments. Her comments were inappropriate for an employee in a work place to make towards their customers. She was kind of rushing my table when We were just trying to just enjoy our meal after a long day of work. But I will say Matt is a great server and I hope he has a wonderful night :)
Stopped here for dinner on Saturday and had the Home Run Nachos and a French Dip sandwich. The portion of Nachos (Full Plate) was enormous, albeit the chili could be a bit more flavorful. The sandwich was good too. My brother had Nachos as well and the Thai Chili boneless wings which were very good. Our server Dawn was also very nice.
