Our waitress, Alexa, is acting annoyed that we are here. When I asked her for the total of what we have spent so far, her answer was, "I don't know the prices." Then, she brings our drinks without one bit of eye contact. However, the cheesecake is perfect. Now, Alexa, brings out cheesecake first because, "it was the first thing ready." The thing is, I know what good customer service is. So, I am annoyed when service is poor. I think now that I am in my 50's, I am much more critical of service. Now, it is 3:12 am and they are running an amazingly loud, industrial vaacum cleaner. I am ready to leave. Grrr. Manager? Of course, nowhere to be found.

i waited an hour for a cheeseburger. i asked for no onions and my tomatoes were drenched with onion flavor. our waitress was a mess and our hostess was a grump. we asked her to please hurry with the check and it's been twenty minutes already. it's 3am and we've been here since 1:30am. i'm only giving it one star because i can't rate it less.
I went Saturday evening for the prime rib special the food came I took a few bites the prime rib tasted like I was eating the sols of my boot I told the waitress and her respond to me was I dident make it I'm just the waitress wtf what kind of service is this I wasn't looking for a free meal but for 23.95 for a piece of radial tire not happy and then the waitress comment I will not recommend to anyone
