Great hotel for an affordable price. I enjoyed my stay here, its right next to a Resort with a Casino. The staff is friendly and very helpful also not to far from store and restaurants. There's a sports bar right across the street.
Nice room, was very clean even thpugh I used the pet room because we were transporting the cat. Enough parking and quiet area away from any towns. The ice cream place nearby was delicious.
Hotel is convenient location to the NYS Thruway and Turning Stone Casino. You can hear traffic from the Thruway but it is not too distracting. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and having a mini refrigerator and microwave is a nice added feature.
Got in at 3am and had to change my own sheets due to urine stains. Not only the sheets but the mattress as well. The gentleman offered to move us but that mattress was worse. When I spoke to management the next morning I was comped only half my charge for using a room for only 8 hours and then had to change the linens myself. I wanted to move the next morning and stay an extra night but they would not accept my coupon because they had an event. Even though they had rooms available. The manager stated she couldn't override the computer. Come on, reallly.
Nice rooms. Clean and neat. Walls are a little thin, so you hear everything from other rooms (both on the sides and other floors). Staff was very courteous and helpful.
