I've been here three times. First time was a complete let down. Ordered a steak and it was certainly not worth the $25 they charged me for it. However the second time I tried the steak again and it was EXCELLENT. Third time was after hours so all I had were some very salty, but good fries. It's a nice place in the casino. I haven't dined there much but most places aren't as astounding as I thought they'd be

Good selection of food and drink. Efficient staff but not the friendliest in the world. Waiter also dropped our finished plates into one of our laps making a small mess, mistakes happen no big deal. Overall, I would go back, but I'm not making a special trip for it.

It's a great area. It's large and has variety. There are many different restaurants to choose from, such as the Upstate Tavern. There is a Spa and Salon for the adults, and a large pool for the kids. The casino is large, with slot machines and table games. The food is amazing. There are many events at the hotel, with an auditorium for them. It is mostly smoke-free, so you aren't hit with a whiff of cigars when you enter. This is more of an adult-friendly hotel, yet there are many recreation areas for children (the pool, Planet X Arcade, etc.) There are shops in the area as well, so you may buy things.

I understand the manager is the same for the new noodle place. It is Terrible, If you don’t believe me, go waste your money and have some terrible soup. It will really help you appreciate Campbell’s soup.

My wife and I have been dining at upstate tavern since they opened. We almost always order the fish fry with home made fries. We ate there on Friday nov. 3rd. Made our same order for fish fry, we were never told the French fries were no longer home made. When th meal came we asked the waitress and she said the French fries were from now on going to be frozen. The fish also tasted a little different. We were told by someone in charge that they have received numerous complaints, but the head manager or chef would not listen.we and several of our friends eat there often and that will not happen anymore. If I wanted frozen fish and French fries I would go to McDonals.

Not much flavor in anything at our table.. Atmosphere is really cool place.

Service was great. Menue is an attempt to be as different as they can be
